Tap the green button, then open the file when it finishes. On Windows, if you see a blue “protected your PC” box, click More info → Run anyway.

Read us the code
A small window opens showing an ID and a one-time password. Read those to your technician over the phone.

We do the rest
You'll see everything we do, and you can close the window any time to end the session.
Quick safety check: only run this while you're already talking to someone at Trustworthy IT. If a stranger — a caller claiming to be from your bank, Microsoft, or “support” — sent you here, please close this page and ring us first on a number you trust.

Download the standard RustDesk app for your device, open Settings → Network, unlock, and pop these into the ID/Relay server fields:
